This Single Varietal cider is made 100% from GoldRush apples - a modern apple bred by pomologists at Purdue University. The cider is highly acidic, with higher malic acid levels than most apples. There are strong citric acid flavors expressed in the juice that comes through in the finished cider. The apple is high in sugar and generally produces an alcoholic strength of 8.5-10% ABV.
This cider has notes of sour grape and pinepple, rounded out with citrus notes. Bright and dry with a lingering finish.
